Immediately after your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your PDF patterns. You can also access your files at any time by logging into your account on our website.
What is included in a Helen's Closet PDF pattern?
Each pattern includes a comprehensive instruction booklet with step-by-step illustrations, a cheat sheet for quick sewing, and three pattern file formats: Tiled (for home printing), A0 (for copy shops), and Projector-optimized files.
Can I sell clothes made from your patterns?
Our patterns are intended for personal use only. You may not sell garments made from our patterns or mass-produce them for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the files have been accessed. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
What size range do your patterns cover?
We pride ourselves on inclusivity. Most of our patterns are available in sizes 0-34, which accommodates up to a 60-inch bust and 62-inch hip. Please check the specific product page for the detailed size chart.
How do I print my pattern at home?
Open your Tiled PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Ensure your print settings are set to 'Actual Size' or '100% Scale' and print the first page only to verify the 2-inch scaling square before printing the full document.
