At Helen's Closet Patterns, we want you to love your sewing projects. Due to the nature of digital goods, PDF patterns are non-refundable, but we are happy to offer returns on physical merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your physical items are in their original, unopened packaging and that digital patterns have not yet been downloaded.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
